- The band -
It's a new beginning for the 3 year-old band around 2006 when a new drummer and singer-saxophonist join in, followed in 2007 by a solo guitar player. The reggae-ska starts to flirt with funk, gets a bit jazzy and goes slightly towards rock, while still keeping its roots!
The Uthopians is a six-musician collective of diverse musical tastes which merge to form a very colorful ensemble! Having gained experience from over 15 concerts in and around Geneva, it thrives to share its vibes and to get some in return because "the stage is all about exchanging energy, in diversity and joy!"
